Jeff serves as the company’s President and is a co-founder of WorkMarket. Jeff has a long track record as a successful entrepreneur across the technology and services landscape. He has successfully built and sold multiple tech companies, including SpinBack to Buddy Media, which was subsequently purchased by Salesforce.com for $800 million. Jeff has a deep background and passion for talent management and is widely recognized as a thought leader on labor force evolution. He speaks regularly on the subject of modernizing workforces and the role of contingent labor and has been a contributing writer to Forbes on the topic. Jeff holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Service Capability Director, Cummins Inc
Ryan Tidd is the director of service capability for Cummins Inc. He has an extensive career with Cummins aftermarket business and responsibility for ensuring Cummins' ability to support its diverse mix of diesel engine, natural gas engine and generator customers through a service channel of more than 10,000 locations globally with 50,000 in-shop and mobile technicians. Ryan now leads Cummins innovative approach to an on-demand labor force to augment their industries traditional service technician.

Joel partners closely with large enterprise clients to help identify opportunities for an on-demand labor strategy and build a digital transformation program inclusive of technology SaaS, professional services, and agile change management principles. Joel has driven transformation programs with clients from large industrial machinery to large appliances to enterprise IT to media and translations companies. Joel is also a subject matter expert on the Future of Work to the Compliance Solutions division of ADP, a $1bn business unit.

Tish has 22 years of experience across the full spectrum of ADP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, helping shape ADP’s approach to meeting the HCM needs of companies of all sizes and across vertical industries. Tish received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her MBA from University of Central Florida, and has instructed undergraduate business classes at the University of Central Florida.
